We are happy to credit or exchange goods within 14 days should the product received (by a client) be significantly damaged or not be 'as represented' on the website.  However, should a product be purchased (in person) from our Showroom, credit or exchange of goods will not normally occur, unless damage occurred during the shipping process.

It should be noted, however, that all products sold by Bijou Fine Arts will display the estimated product age, therefore, when purchasing old or antique items, clients should be aware that some 'age and wear and tear' may be visible.  Further, some products may have some form of restoration evident which occurs at overseas purchase locations and therefore, not managed by the owners.

Returns will be approved at our discretion.
